Monumental Experiences offers telehealth services to all of our clients. Instead of stopping care when you cannot get childcare, stay home and continue your services and care through telehealth. We use Simple Practice and Google Meets to communicate with clients via remote. These are both HIPAA approved portals.
Out of pocket 50- minute sessions cost $150.00 to $200.00. We are currently accepting insurance from Tricare, Medicaid (CCHA Only), United Health Care/Optum, Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Kaiser, Beacon, and Cigna. Payment will be due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Ask your provider for details.
We ask for 24 hours of notice regarding cancellations or rescheduling needs, as once the appointment is made it is specifically held for you. A full fee will be charged should you forget this policy. You are sent a text message and email reminder, 48 and 24 hours before your appointment providing you with ample time to cancel should you need. Exceptions regarding emergencies will be made on a case- by- case basis.
